The production of liquid products comprises weighing and blending of raw material, mixing of the powder premix with liquid as well as further treatment and packaging. Possible processes are homogenisation, heat sterilisation (UHT etc.), aseptic filling, cold filling autoclave-sterilisation.

Packaging options are glass bottles, PET-bottles and modern soft-packaging from laminate foils like the nutriBag.  The pouches can be filled asepticall, glass bottles are terminally steriliszed in the autoclave.

Our modern plants enable a rational production. On two lines we can realize different batch sizes from 3 500 litres up to 30 000 litres in a high capacity plant. Our pilot plant enables us to produce pilot batches but also special small scale productions, if necessary. We can offer a range of different batch sizes to allow our customers to produce small amounts for the beginning or for special products. With the large scale production we can offer rationalisations to save capacities and to work economically and price orientated.
