In our production area for powder products we have high performance blenders in different sizes for the production of powder products and premixes for liquid products. The process ranges from exact weighing of components via blending and filling as well as packaging and customizing.

Several filling lines for market oriented packaging like tins, pouches, sachets, buckets or big-bags offer a great flexibility and enable us to offer adequate solutions for most customer requirements.

Pouches can also be filled under nitrogen-flush to improve the shelf life of oxygen-sensitive products.

It is also possible to spray liquids on the powder. This enables us to bring liquid substances, for example oils, into the recipe. It may also reduce powder dust or improve the structure of the powder.
